Incompetence upon incompetenece

My daughter took her car to the Jiffy Lube in Chapel Hill, who overtightened the oil filter, causing most of the oil to leak out on the trip to Greensboro. I took the car to this Jiffy Lube, who charged me $17 to put in more oil (the crappiest oil they carry). They wouldn't call the Chapel Hill store because it was long distance. They put in twice the normal amount of oil.
